I'm Gabriele. I build things, and I've killed more of them than I've kept.

Who I am

I'm a software engineer and entrepreneur, from Italy, based in Germany. I've spent the last decade in the trenches: two ventures didn't work out (ChatPic, Snapgle), one got acquired (MateAI, 2022), and I'm currently running Sinaptik, the company behind PandasAI. I've written the code, done the deals, and shut things down when the numbers said to. That's the job.

I'm not chasing a headline round or a mission statement. I ship, I look at what's actually happening, and I cut what isn't working, including my own ideas.

What I'll write about

Not listicles, not "10 lessons from my founder journey." I'll write about the specific decisions behind PandasAI and Sinaptik: what broke, what we changed, and why. The kind of detail that's useful if you're building something similar, and skippable otherwise.

The rest

Good coffee, honest food, not much else. That's about as personal as this gets.
